Gaamben Crane and Earthmoving Repairs (Gaamben) is a mechanical repairs company operating out of Orange in Central Western New South Wales. Gaamben offers field service, parts sales, workshop facilities, component rebuilds and machine management. We are also an authorised service partner and repair agent for Tadano Oceania, HMF and Palfinger cranes.
We service a wide variety of industries throughout regional NSW. Our clients range from single machine owner/operators to national corporates. The scope of work is diverse including open cut mining, underground mining, mining support services, civil construction, equipment dry hire, haulage, quarrying, crushing and screening, crane hire and farming.
Gaamben is an active member of the Crane Industry Council of Australia. All work performed by Gaamben is covered by warranty.
We are proud of our long-term achievement within the civil construction industry. We are also conscious of our ability to grow with the trends and new concepts as evidenced with our expansion and, while our primary clients have been in the construction industry, we are also providing services to other industries such as quarrying and lifting.
We carry full and extensive Public Liability, Motor Vehicle
and Mobile Plant insurance and Workers' Compensation.

Gaamben staff have extensive experience across open cut mining, underground mining, mining support services, civil construction, equipment dry hire, haulage, quarrying, crushing and screening, crane hire and farming.
Company Director and the Principal Diesel Mechanic, Ian Shilling, has extensive experience as a diesel mechanic, gaining his apprenticeship with Gough & Gilmour at the Parramatta branch in Sydney before moving to Orange in March 2002 to take up the Caterpillar residency position. In February 2005, Ian started Gaamben and he is considered to be one of the most experienced diesel and crane mechanics in NSW.
Gaamben's mechanical staff and apprentices are all extensively trained to industry standards in mechanical, service and WHS disciplines.
Gaamben runs a fleet of Isuzu 450 trucks fitted with service type bodies. All trucks are fitted with Palfinger cranes, K30 Pilot air compressors, 225 amp welders and all the tooling required to complete most earthmoving diagnosis and repairs. We also have access to laptop programs to assist with diagnostic work.
